Amélis was formed in 2004, grouping three member-owned cooperatives involved in the cattle, pig and horse industries in the north west of France. The co-operation between co-ops is really good, as they jointly own all the bulls. The mutual trust generated enables full co-operation when it comes to marketing and exporting Finnish bulls abroad.
